I know I am a creature of habit. I have a very regimented scheduled of what I do at certain times of the day. The last couple of days have been very off for me, because I've been in all day client meetings. I can't scour the websites I like, I can't chat with anyone, I can't email people, I can't have anything going on other than the meeting.
Although after the client dinner last night I did go to the rooftop bar at the new Moonrise hotel on Delmar. And it is pretty damn cool. I wasn't paying for drinks so I have no idea how bad the prices are, but being on the roof and being able to see the arch and the loop and so many other things made it feel like I was in a huge city.
I will be going back there.
Tomorrow I am at an edit all day, and probably the rest of the week and most of next week, so I will still be thrown off.
