Shutter Island-
The movie has an amazing look.
The acting is all top notch.
The story is interesting.
But yes the "twist" is something you see a mile away, but I don't think that's the main point anyway.
To me it was a modern version of a 1940ish thriller. Where it was substance and not some twist that people were aiming for. And this delivers in that vein.
