Random Things

For some reason I don't want to do an actual review for the movie I watched this weekend. So I will just throw it in here with some other random crap.

We watched The Bicycle Thief. It was absolutely amazing. If you haven't seen it, go do so. Right now. Really... go watch it.

I used my Best Buy rewards zone certificate today. I bought 2 blu-ray discs, Shutter Island (haven't seen it yet) and The Dirty Dozen (seen it a ton). They cost me under $10 with using the certificate. Not bad.

Did a shit ton of yard work this weekend. It was a 10 bag weekend. We cleared out the overgrown too large garden that the previous owners had. I guess I will plant some grass seed and hope it takes. Since it is the future site of a pool, I don't want to invest much money into the area of lawn.

I have two more bids for the new patio to get this week, then we will make a decision and get that ball rolling.

New gutters will most likely be installed this week.

This is Jett's last week of summer school. It was in preparation for kindergarten. I think he will be sad that it will be over.

I guess that's enough random rambling.
