This article is interesting but dumb.
And I would think that once the artist puts the tattoo on a person and is paid, that the tattoo design and artwork belong to that person, not the artist.
Or else couldn't I sue for a logo or any design I have ever done that is then used by the client?

By this logic whoever designed the black flag logo, the misfits/danzig logos, and several other commonly tattooed on people band logos could all be very rich right?
