Turnover

So my wife and I were chatting last night about how my getting let go is truly a great thing. We stopped and added up the people that had either been fired or quit since the 18 months I had worked there. The number we ended up with was shocking... 12 people! This is a 14 person office by the way. So we turned over almost a complete staff in less than two years.
