So if you look at the post I made "Busy Day" you see my questioning the policy of employees having tattoos at Starbucks. So I sent Starbucks an email asking about this. I asked if it was a corporate policy or if it may just be a policy of that particular franchise store. Here is the response I received from them:

Thanks so much for contacting us regarding the dress code of our store partners.

In regards to your inquiry, Starbucks partners should present a clean, neat and professional appearance appropriate of a retailer of specialty gourmet products. Exceptions to the dress code may be made where required by law to accommodate sincerely held religious beliefs.

Well if I asked if it were policy that they make employees bathe and wear clothes than I guess that would've answered my question. But being clean and neat has nothing to do with having tattoos allowed on employees or not. So I emailed them back and asked that they please clarify and answer my original question. We'll see what I get from them next.
