Uncommonly used, but still heard once in a while. It's a phrase that Winnie from Animal Crossing would use every now and then (and I imagine that a few other characters similar to Winnie would use it too). Fun to say if your bored/hyper.

So myself, my wife, my oldest son, and two friends of mine were completely addicted to the game Animal Crossing when it was originally out. We would have to fight over taking turns to fish, mail letters, buy furniture, etc, so we could compete who would have the most money, the best house and the coolest friends. This game was the sole reason I bought a gameboy. Because to get to the island in animal crossing you had to have a gameboy plugged into your game cube. And I needed to get to that island.
I was also thrilled to see that if you google Super Happy Funtime, my blog is the 6th thing listed.
