I ate some of the best pizza in the world last night. If you don't know, the best pizza in the world is at Blackthorn Pub. They come in three types of crust and while all are wonderful there deep dish is truly amazing. There is so much cheese stuffed into this thing, a medium probably weighs well over 5lbs. A medium can feed three hungry guys easily, and most likely still have a piece left over. I made myself truly miserable and ate 3 pieces last night. Then add in many many beers and I was sure they would have to roll me out of the place.
So tonight will be hanging around the fire pit on the patio. Hopefully the predicted rain holds off.

I wonder how many many food items were invented. IT always seems such a random mixture of things treated in an exact way to create something. From cake to beer to bread. Crazy.
