Another boring Sunday afternoon. Nancy has to run out and do some research for a project she is working on, so Jett and I will be hanging out. Elias will be here for awhile but he is a busy teenager and has plans of some sort this afternoon. I guess I will watch the Rams lose again today while Jett is napping, and maybe if it's nice out this afternoon, I can hobble around the park with Jett.
I really do miss being able to ride my bike and skateboard. In two weeks I will get the walking boot taken off. Oh to wear two shoes again. I wonder how quick I can get back on a bike? Maybe I will have to buy a trainer so I can ride slowly and with no pressure inside.
I will be making my awesome tortilla soup today. It is a recipe that I made up 8 years ago. It's quite good if I say so myself. Want some? Come on over.
