Do we have one set plan for each of our lives?

Do our choices still lead us down some unknown set path to a pre-determined conclusion?

I am a believer in fate. I am not sure we only have one path, but I think each second determines the rest of your life. If we think really hard about where you are in life right now, what your job is, who your friends are, etc. You can trace it all back to one simple decision. That had you not been in a certain place at a certain time, many things that are in your life right now wouldn't be. Now does this mean it was always part of some grand plan for your life to be that way at that time? I doubt that, but I do think we make choices for unknown reasons sometimes.

Or have you ever thought about how those small things you do affect other peoples lives.

Think about all the small choices everyone around you had to make for you all to end up exactly where you are at that second.
