The main east/west highway here had a huge section that shut down today and will stay shut for construction for a year (they they move on to another section). The media has been talking abut how horrible it is going to be and how the world as we know it will most likely come to an end.
Well since I live in the city (east of the construction) my morning commute to the office was awesome. I had 5 other cars on the highway with me. Now I have no idea if it will stay this good, but hell the amount of cars could quadruple and it would still be a lot better than it normally was.
