Put it this way, if Jett ever gets kidnapped by ghosts. I am afraid Elias will once again be an only child.
Although it does try to end on a happy note. but...

So let me get this straight. Her kid dies because she inadvertently locked him in the basement. They discover the kids are haunting the orphanage because they were poisoned and then their bodies were hidden in a shed. Then the main woman dies, leaving her husband a widower. But all is well because she gets to take care of the ghosts children now? And all is fine for the husband because he finds his necklace and suddenly believes that it is a sign that his wife found their son.
