The Signal-

I had such high hopes for this. Since the trailer looked so cool.

It was divided into three segments, each done by a different director. Had they tried to tell three different stories that were all taking place during one event that may have worked. But they each took a segment of a single story. Which lead to failure. The tone of the movie was all over the place. The first segment sets up a very creepy end of the world feel. But then the next one is a dark comedy. And the third just had no idea what it wanted to be.

If you do watch it. Turn it off after the first part. It may work as an ambiguous short film.
