Just finished watching Into The Wild again. That movie is amazing.
I tend to gravitate towards sad movies when I'm bored and blue.
Coupled with watching a movie about fate it all makes me think about what the why is?
Thinking about the next move.
Another career?
Forget career and just get a job?
Wander the earth like Kane? I guess that's not really an option with the wife and kids.
Who knows.

I like this movie when I saw it in the theater. I recently watched it on DVD and it just didn't hold up. Felt dated. I know....go figure, after only 6 months. It just didn't have the same impact as say current movies like, "Kung Fu Panda" and "Wall E" which capture man's everyday struggles and materialism is a much more convincing and honest way than "Into The Wild".
