I had recently read about a cool sounding horror movie. I posted a trailer I found online for it a few days ago. As you may notice that post is now gone. I received a cease and desist email for posting the trailer. The trailer isn't even available at the movies official site.
I had read that the low budget movie was already being remade in a big studio version and that the original may get a straight to dvd release when the new version comes out in theaters. Well now I will make sure I don't see either.
I was wondering why I had 3 site visits from Paramount the other day. Seems they have their flunkies searching the internet for these sorts of things. Like posting their trailer on this blog is really gonna hurt them in any way. Just another example of lawyers ruining the world.
In a few days I should have the official notice email blogger had received so I will post that.
