Pictures Can Be Deceiving

What a hunk of over-priced shit.

A couple years ago we had driven by these newly built houses in Dogtown. For new construction they had a really cool look and the pics of the inside were very interesting.

We went and looked at one last night. For what they are asking we expected top of the line finishes. It was cheap and shitty. And while they are listing it as a three bedroom, it is only a two, but has a "loft" area that could become a third bedroom. I guess it could if you only wanted to put a tiny tiny bed in it and nothing else.

Oh and there was no yard. Not a small yard, but absolutely none. Not that I am a big yard person, but there was only a 7'X 5' slab out back. So I could make the choice, put y BBQ pit out there or our patio furniture, but not both.

While I applaud them for building something out of the norm, they are fucking high if they think it's worth what they are asking in Dogtown. At best it was a nice apartment/townhouse.

A waste of my time.
