So I just read this article about the Federal deficit to soar to $407 billion.
That is an assload of money.
So say we have 100 million taxpayers.
Statistics show the average US salary is 36k per year.
So if each person is taxed 20% they are giving the government $7,200 per year or $600 per month or $138 per week or $20 per day.
This comes to a total of 720 billion dollars.
So does anyone else see a problem in our governments spending?

that is just the deficit. our debt is MUCH higher.
yeah it's kind of like MY spending problem-- i don't make any money, i just make debt!
