Another dirty cop movie.

But it was written by James Elroy, so I had some hope. Not horrible. But not good by any means.
It has a convoluted plot that is pretty much pointless since you can see the outcome from a mile away.
If you're completely bored and it on for free somewhere. Go ahead and watch it.
