While driving to the airport this morning the people on the radio were talking about if you were to play one song to an alien to explain to them what Rock n Roll was, what song would you play them? So it got me to thinking what song I would play because I disagreed with their choice, which was Life's Been Good by Joe Walsh. While it is a good song, to me it does not encompass what rock n roll is.
After some thought but could still use a good amount of debate and discussion, I think I would choose:
Good Times, Bad Times by Led Zeppelin
Great guitar riff, amazing heavy drums and power vocals. This to me is Rock.
