Gripe

Why the hell do people choose to walk/run in the street when there is a sidewalk a few feet away from them?

This truly annoys me.

Depending on the road, it may be softer than the concrete, which is easier on the feet.

Same could be said about bike riders, ya know.

The same could not be said about bike riders.
Bikes are a vehicle, they have equal rights to the roads. Sidewalks are for pedestrians. If a person is concerned with the hardness of the ground they run on, they could go use a track at a school or use the running path at forest park.

Yes, bikes are a vehicle and may indeed have equal rights to the road. But when cars and bikes collide, the car always wins. I wish more riders had more respect for this basic physics--and for cars in general--especially on Clayton Road during rush hour.

Assholes drive all sorts of vehicles. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, bikes, etc. So the same can be said for someone in a smart car vs. an SUV or Hummer.

And while there are cyclists that do not respect cars on the road, thing is a bike has the right to the entire right lane. So sure while it may suck that it is impeding traffic, that's just how it is.

Personally I try to avoid major roads at all costs. But especially at peak times. No need for extra hassle.

It's simple: If more people would just ride bikes, there would be fewer annoyed drivers.
