Bits And Pieces Of The Weekend

Sunday Jett rode his first roller coaster at Six Flags. He rode the mine train. He was scared, but as it was pulling into the station at the end, he turned to me and said, "That was awesome! lets never ride it again."

Rode bikes around north city on Saturday. It was a fun time. Also rode by City Garden. And then rode around this really cool entry of a new building. It has a cool waterfall, and benches and other cool things that are made for skateboards and bikes.

I discovered you can teach an old dog new tricks. I finally pulled off a couple backward circles on my bike, and have 180s down pretty well.

Matt tried to make me look like a deadbeat at The Bleeding Deacon.

Watched Southland Tales for a second time last night. I love that movie. I think you just have to go into it thinking that it is a comic book brought to life. It is not based in reality. It would also make for a good double feature with Repo Man.

Jett might have a potential lawsuit on his hands. Leaving Six Flags, he saw Sylvester The Cat. He waved and hugged him. He then asked, "Where is Spongebob?" I told him that spongebob isn't at Six Flags. He then replies. "Well, the TV commercial said come to Six Flags and meet your favorite character. Spongebob is my favorite character and I didn't get to meet him."
He is a very logical little boy.
