Half Assed Movie Reviews

I tried to watch a movie last night. Which when the first one was so unwatchable I put another in, only to be bored to sleep.

The first was Hellboy 2. I thought it would be good mindless action fun. We ll it was mindless. And it did have some action, but there was never any suspense to the action and I really didn't care what happened to any character anyway. So I turned it off.

Next was The Friends of Eddie Coyle. It's a Criterion Collection dvd so I was sure that this would be good. I was 40 minutes in, still didn't know jack shit bout any of the far too many characters that had been introduced, nor could tell what the connection was between any of them. So this movie too was turned off.
