The unemployed rate jumped to 10.2 percent last month, the highest since April 1983.
That means nearly 16 million people can't find jobs.
While I am happy to once again be one of the gainfully employed, I know far too many people who make up the 16 million. I really hope things get better soon or else we can easily fall into a vicious circle where employers can mistreat employees just by hanging the fact that they should be thankful they have a job over their heads.
The stimulus package worked pretty awesome, huh.
