The movies didn't go together at all. But both are good in their own ways.

The first was Rushmore. You really can't go wrong with Wes Anderson. although I have yet to see The Darjeeling Limited, but I own all of his other films.

The next was THX 1138. I remember seeing this on TV one afternoon when I was a kid. I remember it because they kept the nudity in when they showed it. So odd. This is a weird flick.
George Lucas apparently named the film after his San Francisco telephone number, 849 1138 - the letters THX correspond to letters found on the buttons 8, 4 and 9.

I own Darjeeling if you wanna borrow it...
Rushmore is my second favorite film. The music alone makes me infinitely happy. I saw Darjeeling at the theater and there was an intro with Natalie Portman that wasn't on the DVD - maybe they included it on the Blu Ray?
Hotel Chevalier...its on the DVD, on mine any way.
Thanks H - I got my DVD from netflix maybe that was the issue. That scene alone is worth a purchase.
