Fate

I believe in it.

I believe it played a huge part in my current situation.

Too many things happened at the perfect time that were completely out of the ordinary.

Nancy and I have been looking at mid century modern house to buy for years. Something was always wrong. Wrong price, wrong amount of bedrooms, no basement, the list went on and on.

Here are just a few instances that lead to buying this new house:
Had I not just gone through a painful situation in dealing with the city schools for Elias, I might have had more patience and trust in the situation that came up for Jett.
We went to a dinner party a some friends cool mid century modern house that made us have a fresh vision of what can easily be achieved.
We were only at that party because other friends of ours happened to be in town over that same weekend that the school issue started.
The house was having an open house Sunday.
I said I didn't want to go, yet Nancy insisted we go.

The house and the situation was the perfect storm, for it all to happen.

Change is scary. But it will all work out in the end. And it will all be for the better.
