It has been a bit since I pushed our house being for sale. There is a new lower price. And still a $500 finders fee to anyone I know who sends someone my way that buys it. Anyone looking to buy needs to have a signed contract by the end of April to get the huge tax credit. 8K for first time buyer and 6500 for previous homeowners.
So time is running out.

maybe it would sell quicker if you weren't storing demon souls in the basement.
