Minus The Bear is one of my favorite bands.
From the first song I ever heard I knew I would buy everything they would release and had previously released.
When I saw they had a new album coming out I was very excited.
They have one of the most distinctive sounds in music today. From vocals, to the guitar sound to the keyboards. When they are playing you know who it is.
This newest album has the same sound fans will be familiar with. But this is a mellower album. That it is a May release I think works perfectly. To me it will be a perfect soundtrack to the summer. Taking it easy, sitting on the patio having some beers while it plays in the background.
There are certain albums that just feel like a time of year. And to me this album is summer.
Run out and buy this. Enjoy your summer more.
