Well my plan for March is to eat healthy. At the very least at lunch time. And cut out any sweets or crap after dinner.
Today I went to Trader Joes to buy food for my lunches.
Today I ate:
And apple
Some grapes
Carrot sticks
1 hard pretzle
I also only had one cup of coffee today. After that I have since had 6 glasses of water.
We will see how this goes.
