This past weekend I bought an EP by The Bomb on iTunes.
When I listened to it, the songs cut out before they were over.
I did some digging to see where I email to report problems and hopefully get a refund. I got a response very quickly, letting me know my paypal account would be credited. Which it quickly was.
A couple days after that I got a follow up email asking if the issue was resolved, and if there was anything else that I needed.
I responded letting them know I received my credit and all was fine and gave them a big thank you.
So I'd like to extend an extra special thank you to Jennifer- iTunes Store Customer Support.
She did a great job.
