I used my free jeans coupon at Lucky brand today at the galleria. While checking out the manager said she was glad that I hadn't given up on the brand. I was taken by surprise by how she knew.

Turns out we have a common friend on fb who had shared my post with her.

She was extremely nice and helpful. The brand should be proud to have Tiffany k. As an employee. Her attitude is what makes customers be brand loyal.
