It's Time To Combine

For the past several years St. Louis has been at the top of the list of many nationwide crime statistic reports.

Most I know almost joke about it. Because we know that the area as a whole is not the crime hotbed the national media has painted it to be.

We know that the numbers a re skewed, because the city and county are completely separate entities.

But you know who doesn't know the insider facts?

Everyone who does not live here.

This article on north St. Louis was just in the New York Times.

I think it is high time the city and county officials put all the bullshit aside and figure out how to merge into on place.

How many more years can St. Louis (as a whole) take this bad press?

When will potential businesses and industries take off any consideration list as a viable place to expand or move to?

All of these horrible stats would plummet overnight once we merged.

We could start to promote St. Louis for all the positives. Not having to worry about dispelling skewed stats and explain idiotic political backstory.

So government officials how about it?
