If it's meant to be a comedy, then maybe it has something going for it. If it is really supposed to be a horror movie it has huge problems.
The movie was laughably dumb. I could easily see this being a midnight movie with great audience participation.

Man rapes girl (although tagline says one night stand, he roofied her at a party)
girl contracts unknown std disease
girl has maggots in her vagina
girls has bleeding eyes and all sorts of physical things happening
no one around her seems to notice these things
girl becomes psychotic
girl turns into a zombie
end
