This is a cool idea against bullying.
A new ordinance in Plover, Wisconsin, allows police to notify parents in writing of a bullying incident, and then ticket them if their kid is caught bullying again within 90 days. Including court costs, multiple infractions could amount to a fine of $124.
The problem here is it has to have been reported and involve the police. But this is very interesting.
Maybe not as interesting as the idea I posted about in 2014 about a vigilante group that bullies the parents of bullies.
But anything to get rid of the bully idiocy is a good thing.
