Yeah I normally wouldn’t be writing about a violin duo, but this one is doing punk rock /new wave/rock covers. So it intrigued me enough to give it a listen. Some of what they play are by; Black Flag, Bad Brains, Violent Femmes, Half Japanese, and Deerhoof.
It’s not something I would listen to a ton, but I do like it combo of soothing and chaos all at once. And for the right times, it will be the perfect music.
Worth checking out if you want something very different.
