Social media worked.
I had also posted my story of the jeans that fell apart on Lucky's Facebook page this morning.
They instructed me to email customer service. I did and they got back to me quite quickly.
They asked for some information, I sent it and within an hour CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST Jacqueline S. emailed me back, letting me know they will mail out a coupon to be able to get a pair of jeans free in-store.
